“Reclaiming Your Voice & Confidence” is a supportive therapy group led by a licensed therapist trained in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Somatic Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy.
Here, we create a safe space for women to learn powerful communication skills that can transform their lives.

Express yourself authentically:
Learn to communicate your needs and desires with clarity and confidence. No more feeling unheard or misunderstood. You’ll master the art of expressing yourself in a way that resonates with others.
Gain the power to say “no” with grace:
We’ll help you break free from the cycle of people-pleasing. Learn to set healthy boundaries and confidently decline requests that drain your energy or don’t align with your needs. Stop feeling resentful and prioritize your own well-being.
Master the art of “I” statements:
Learn to express your feelings and desires in a clear, non-blaming way. Discover how to effectively communicate your needs without igniting conflict or pushing others away.
Become an active listener:
Develop skills to truly understand what others are saying. By honing your listening skills, you’ll build stronger connections and foster a deeper sense of empathy and compassion.
Embrace assertive communication techniques:
Gain the tools to confidently express yourself while respecting the needs of others. Navigate difficult conversations with grace and find win-win solutions.

- When: Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00 pm PT, for 8 weeks

Books for Anyone Wanting to Navigate The Aftermath of Infidelity
After years of leading groups, there are two things that I’ve come to observe that are certain when you get a group of initial strangers together. First, no two groups are the same. Secondly, the most successful groups are the ones where the members come prepared and with intent.
