“Belonging & Becoming” is a supportive therapy group led by Nina, designed specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals of Armenian or Middle Eastern descent who are open about their sexuality.
This group offers a safe and affirming space where you can connect with others who share similar experiences, explore your identity, and build community.

Connect with others who understand:
Share your experiences with others who navigate the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identity and Armenian/Middle Eastern heritage. Find solidarity and break free from feelings of isolation.
Explore your identity:
Delve deeper into the complexities of your identity in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Reconcile different aspects of yourself and embrace your authentic self.
Build resilience and acceptance:
Cultivate self-compassion and build resilience in the face of societal pressures and cultural expectations. Embrace your unique journey and celebrate your strengths.
Find your voice:
Express yourself authentically and confidently in a safe and supportive space. Share your story and connect with others on a deeper level.
Create community:
Build lasting connections with other LGBTQIA+ Armenians and Middle Easterners. Find support, understanding, and a sense of belonging.
The DETAILS:
- Who: LGBTQIA+ individuals of Armenian or Middle Eastern descent who are open about their sexuality.
- When: Wednesdays at 6 pm, for 8 weeks
- Investment: $55 per session. Limited reduced-fee spots are available for those for whom the cost is inaccessible.
Books for Anyone Wanting to Navigate The Aftermath of Infidelity
After years of leading groups, there are two things that I’ve come to observe that are certain when you get a group of initial strangers together. First, no two groups are the same. Secondly, the most successful groups are the ones where the members come prepared and with intent.
